Happy Summer Break PILA families!
In preparing for the upcoming school year, we realize that our school looks a lot different than most traditional schools, but we still want to try and include as many of the same school experiences as a traditional school as we can for our student body.
We would like to start planning for a yearbook for the 2022-23 school year and would like to know if you would be interested in purchasing one for your student. The maximum price for the yearbook would be $15.00. Yearbooks would not be limited to the traditional student portraits, but would also include candid photo sections for students working, their hobbies, and even a senior section where families could recognize their seniors. We will also be holding an artwork cover contest for interested students to participate in for a chance to have their work showcased as the yearbook's cover.

Deputy Kendrick joined us after the National School Resource Officer Day but we cannot thank him enough for how he cares about our kids. This "caught in the act" is just one of many ways he spends time connecting with our students. Deputy Kendrick is otterly fantastic!
