Pender Early College High School (PECHS) extends a heartfelt congratulations to Natasha Snyder, College Liaison and Cape Fear Community College (CFCC) Partnerships Coordinator, for being named CFCC Employee of the Month.
This well-deserved recognition highlights Ms. Snyder’s dedication, compassion, and unwavering support for PECHS students. She plays a vital role in helping students navigate their college pathways and achieve success in both their high school and college coursework.
“Natasha goes above and beyond for our students,” shared PECHS Principal Daniel Sidor. “She truly cares and helps students find their pathway. Her hard work and compassion are major contributors to the success of our school. I’m truly blessed to have her as our liaison.”
CFCC administrators also praised Snyder for her professionalism and commitment to excellence. “Natasha consistently demonstrates excellence, initiative, and dedication in every aspect of her role,” a colleague wrote in her nomination. “Her proactive approach, attention to detail, and commitment to continuous improvement make her an invaluable asset to our team.”
Another colleague added, “Natasha greets additional responsibilities with enthusiasm, expertise, and thoroughness—all while making other employees’ jobs easier. She embodies the excellence and hospitality that make CFCC’s Educational Partnerships team so successful.”
