C.F. Pope Elementary School is proud to announce that Assistant Principal Monica Ruffin has been selected as a 2026 Educator Ambassador for MetaMetrics, a distinguished honor that recognizes passionate educators who are committed to improving student learning through the effective use of educational measurement tools.
As a MetaMetrics Educator Ambassador, Ruffin joins an accomplished network of educators from across the country who will collaborate to advance the understanding and implementation of the Lexile® and Quantile® Frameworks in schools. Through this prestigious role, she will become a certified expert in both frameworks, providing C.F. Pope Elementary with enhanced knowledge and strategies for differentiating instruction and supporting student achievement.
Throughout the year, Ms. Ruffin will:
Network and collaborate with educators nationwide.
Complete certification in both the Lexile® and Quantile® Frameworks at no cost, becoming a school-based expert in their implementation.
Participate in the MetaMetrics Ambassador Virtual Summit, where she will connect with fellow ambassadors and the MetaMetrics team.
Attend monthly ambassador meetings to stay informed about the latest developments in literacy and mathematics measurement.
Provide valuable feedback on educator and family resources to help shape future tools and messaging.
Represent MetaMetrics by contributing to webinars, blogs, social media content, and conference presentations.
Receive early access to research opportunities and initiatives that support innovation in education.
