Science Fair

C.F. Pope Elementary School is proud to celebrate the outstanding achievements of three fifth-grade students—Callie, Isaiah, and Genevieve—who earned top honors at this year’s school-based Science Fair.

Their hard work, curiosity, and dedication to scientific inquiry set them apart among their peers and resulted in all three students being selected to advance to the district-level Science Fair. Following district judging, Callie and Isaiah were chosen to represent both C.F. Pope Elementary and the district at the regional level, an exciting and well-deserved accomplishment.

This success would not have been possible without the guidance and support of Ms. Hannah Falk, 5th Grade Science teacher. Ms. Falk demonstrated exceptional dedication and commitment throughout the Science Fair process, supporting all students as they developed projects, refined their research, and gained confidence in presenting their work.

We also extend special recognition to Ms. Monica Ruffin, Assistant Principal, for her mentorship of Ms. Falk and her invaluable support in helping navigate the Science Fair process for the first time this year. Her leadership and encouragement played a key role in ensuring a positive and successful experience for both students and staff.

C.F. Pope Elementary is incredibly proud of Callie, Isaiah, and Genevieve and applauds the collaborative efforts of our students, teachers, and administrators. We wish Callie and Isaiah the best of luck as they continue on to regionals and represent our school community with excellence.
