We are excited to announce that we will be celebrating our school's 25th anniversary during the 2025-2026 school year! As part of our celebration, we will be selling cookbooks featuring recipes from our families.
We would love for you to contribute your favorite recipes! Please send them to Ms. Julien by May 16th. You can email your recipes to jennifer_julien@pender.k12.nc.us or drop them off at the front office. Just a reminder to ensure that all recipes are legible.

The teachers of CFM have had a wonderful week of being appreciated. A huge thank you to the following groups and individuals:
1st: CFM PTO-Thank you for all the goodies this week from food to gift cards. We are so lucky to have such an amazing PTO.
2nd: Riley's Creek Baptist Church-Thank you for breakfast. It was delicious, and we really appreciated it.
3rd (last but not least): Mr. Simmons-Thank you for provided lunch for us Thursday. You do a lot for our CFM community seen and unseen. We hope you know how much we appreciate you.

Mr. Odom's CTE Engineering classes launched water bottle rockets this week. Students learned basic engineering principles regarding fin design, weight distribution, and psi. They enjoyed shooting the rockets and even discussed how the wind affected rocket trajectory after seeing the different rockets launch. Thank you Mr. Odom for helping our students apply what they've learned in such a fun way!
