This message serves to communicate that we successfully conducted a shelter-in-place drill with students this morning. Please know, this was only a drill. We practice these drills to be prepared in the event of a true emergency. Teachers were conscientious of student needs to ensure they felt safe, prepared, and as comfortable as possible during the process.

Today is the BMS Grade Level Spelling Bee during electives! Competition times are as follows: 7th graders 9:23 - 10:31am, 8th graders 10:33 - 11:41am, & 6th graders 1:37 - 2:45pm. Today's winners will compete on 12/17! 🐝 @penderschools @bradbreedlove90 #onepender

Students made observations at the Burgaw Creek💦 and then brought water back to test and see if it was healthy enough for fish🐠 . They found out that the water was healthy! @penderschools @bradbreedlove90 #onepender
