Turn off cell phones, TV’s, etc. by 8:00pm each night
Get plenty of sleep by going to bed early each night - Teachers reported several students falling asleep during our NC Check-in’s
Eat a healthy breakfast or encourage students to eat a healthy breakfast at school
Please make sure Chromebooks are charged every day
Please make sure students bring their Chromebook and charger every day
