We thank the "NC Friends of State Parks Grant" for funding Ms. Seri's students to Jones Lake State Park for a fun and educational field trip. Students learned about the local ecosystem and walked some nature trails, too! @bms_reddevils @penderschools @bradbreedlove90 #onepender
6th Grade BMS Families,
The field trip to Greensboro will take place tomorrow. Students must arrive by 7:30 AM. If a student arrives late, they will need to complete the school day at Burgaw Middle School. Buses will depart at 7:45 AM. Please make sure your child has a packed lunch and snacks. Phones are allowed, but teachers will collect and hold onto them for safety purposes during the trip. Phones will be given back when students return from the field trip. Administration will notify you when we are 30 minutes away from the school Friday evening so you are prepared to pick up your student. We will have a sign out sheet for parents and guardians to sign before students leave.
For students attending the 6th grade field trip, please pick them up in the car rider line location near the gymnasium and cafeteria. Teachers will have a sign out sheet to ensure each student is going home with their parent/guardian. Students cannot leave with a friend.
